Architectural Review and Design Session
Our solutions engagements begin with an on-site visit that combines an analysis of your current deployment with detailed interaction that helps pinpoint possible solution options. We conduct these engagements as discussions, not pronouncements, so you can ask questions that are specific to your environment and get answers that help identify your options.

Proof of Concept
Either independently or alongside your engineers, 3Sharp will develop a proof of concept that demonstrates the basic functionality of your solution. Unlike most proofs-of-concept, this one to three-month project does not produce "throwaway" code; instead, it is designed to provide a stepping point into a full-fledged solution. Generally, instead of starting from scratch in the Solution Design and Implementation phase, we will be able to use this solution as a base.

Solution Design and Implementation
During this three to twelve-month engagement, 3Sharp will work closely with your organization to develop a solution that uses appropriate technologies to meet your needs without any wasted work cycles. 3Sharp uses an agile-style process, meaning that you will be actively involved in the development cycle with a minimum of weekly status calls and monthly walkthroughs of functionality.
