Podcasting Kit for SharePoint
3Sharp is proud to have worked closely with Microsoft to develop the Podcasting Kit for SharePoint, now available on CodePlex. This customized add-on to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) is an accelerator for social media, supporting the upload, hosting and sharing of videos and other media content. Besides simply sharing important content, it provides a rating and commenting, tag cloud features, a Silverlight player, and supports tracking and download metrics and reporting. Because it's based on MOSS, it also has all the built-in functionality of SharePoint, making RSS feeds, search, workflows, security and all the other rich features of SharePoint an integral part of the media platform.

Creative Commons Plug-In
3Sharp worked closely with both Microsoft and Creative Commons to develop a plug-in that allows users to dynamically embed licenses of their choosing into Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.

Microsoft Internal Courseware Design, Delivery and Tracking System
3Sharp is excited to be putting the finishing touches on an internal courseware system built from the ground up using Microsoft Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, SQL Server and a host of managed code. This system allows a centralized organizational and management structure of courses, students and managers and is used internally by thousands of people that literally span the globe.

Demos
A proof of concept that we put together was highlighted during a Bill Gates keynote speech at this year's Office Developer Conference. You can see our Office 2007 solution in action just past the 23-minute mark in this video.

Additionally, our demos have been presented during keynotes given by Microsoft executives, including Steve Ballmer, Jeff Raikes and Chris Capposella, to name a few.
