SharePoint Developer

REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for a SharePoint Developer with at least 2 years experience SharePoint, creating and deploying Web parts, creating and deploying workflows. The candidate must have solid experience with an ASP.NET 2.0; the candidate should have solid XML experience, full project life-cycle experience, and preferably some SQL and relational database experience. Additional required experience:

	2+ years experience with ASP.Net 2.0
	2+ years experience with SharePoint Web parts
	3+ years experience with database-driven applications or three-tiered architecture
	2+ years experience with XML
	4+ years full project life-cycle methodologies.
	3+ years application design and architecture

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with our Office System Solution Group to solve problems assisting in the development of application components as part of a larger team by:

	Following the directions and goals set by the team lead or project manager
	Providing guidance and mentoring to junior developers
	Designing solutions and architectures for applications or components
	Creating technical specifications
	Developing components per documented requirements and specifications
	Working with the business analyst in clarifying the requirements
	Unit testing, diagnosing and debugging code issues
	Working with the QA team in resolving defects
