SharePoint Consultant

REQUIREMENTS
The following are the required soft skills and experience:

	2+ years of consulting experience
	Requirements-gathering, clarification and management
	Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
	Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
	Customer-facing and relationship-building experience
	Experience delivering presentations is a plus

The following are the required technical skills and experience:

	Strong understanding of Office System technologies, especially SharePoint
	Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
	Prior experience building technical demonstrations or proof-of-concept systems
	Experience with presentations languages (HTML, XSL, CSS, etc.) or scripting languages (JavaScript, JScript, VBScript, etc.) is a plus
	Work with virtual machine technology of any kind is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a SharePoint consultant who can design and build Office System solutions. The majority of the solutions we develop leverage out-of-the-box functionality, so the candidate should have a firm understanding of the Office System feature set, with an emphasis on SharePoint. Additionally, the candidate will create technical demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, hands-on labs, and courseware for Office System products, including pre-release products.

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient in working directly with customers, obtaining and refining requirements, and being active in the design and build processes. The candidate must possess strong communications skills and be able to manage project priorities effectively and efficiently.
